This is a completely thorough cleaning of every surface, nook, crannie, cabinet, drawer, closet and space in your home. In addition to the services normally performed in our “Top to Bottom” Cleaning Service, the UltraClean™ System includes the following:

•Kitchen, Bathrooms: empty all drawers and cabinets, thoroughly clean and disinfect, return all items, utensils, tools, etc wiped down and clean
• Closets: remove all items on rolling garment racks and clean all interior surfaces (poles, shelves, cabinets, etc). Vacuum or wash floors. Return all clothing, shoes, hanging items neatly hung or folded
• Remove all glass or plastic light fixture covers where possible, wipe covers clean, vacuum fixture, replace covers.
• Move refrigerator away from wall, if possible. Clean behind, under and on top of unit. Remove all food from refrigerator and freezer and sanitize inside of both completely. Wipe all food containers and replace neatly in refrigerator and freezer
• Move washer and dryer away from wall. Clean behind, under and above each. Vacuum clean dryer vents to prevent possible fire danger. Replace washer and dryer and test connections.
• Sponge-wash and wipe clean all washable walls, ceilings, doors, door jambs, window ledges, window frames and moldings in kitchen, bath and utility rooms.
• Clean utility areas such as water heater closet, furnace or air conditioner closets, etc.
• Wipe all plant leaves, flower pots, silk or plastic greenery, decorative wreaths, etc wherever possible
• Remove mattresses and box springs to access hard-to-reach areas inside bed frames, headboards, footboards, etc. Rotate or turn mattresses if desired.
• Wash all windows, skylights, mirrors and glass doors inside and out*
• Vacuum fireplace interiors
• Move and clean behind and under furniture wherever possible**-- includes dusting, vacuuming, baseboards, electric covers, lamp cords, etc as needed
• Hand clean ceiling fan blades, lights, and fan fixtures where possible
• Treat surfaces with anti-allergy and anti-asthma disinfectants upon request
• Vacuum all corners, crown molding, hanging fixtures, picture frames, window frames, cabinet tops and backs, door frames and mirrors wherever possible.

Notes:
• Windows requiring special equipment because of accessibility or height may be subcontracted to specialists under our supervision
• Not all furniture can be moved, particularly entertainment centers, pianos, bookcases, china cabinets and other bulky, heavy objects.
• Not all surfaces are cleanable. We will not clean certain surfaces if we feel there is a danger that we may damage them in the process. We will advise you in writing if there are surfaces we feel we are unable to clean.
• Some services requiring specialized equipment or expertise may be subcontracted to well-respected local firms under our direction and supervision.
