This is our regularly scheduled maintenance cleaning service, designed to help keep your home sparkling clean on a weekly, biweekly or monthly schedule.

Your team will do the following:

General:
• Hard surface floors swept and mopped, including stairs
• Carpeted floors vacuumed, including stairs
• Baseboards dusted
• Furniture dusted and polished
• Ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted
• Lamps and shades dusted
• Moldings and woodwork dusted
• Blinds and window sills dusted
• Mirrors cleaned
• Cobwebs removed
• Pictures and artifacts dusted
• Wastebaskets emptied, cleaned and re-lined

In addition—

Kitchen:
• Top of refrigerator cleaned
• All appliances cleaned (outsides)
• Stovetop cleaned
• Countertops washed, backsplashes washed
• Sinks scrubbed and disinfected
• Faucets polished
• Dirty dishes either washed or placed in dishwasher
• Floor scrubbed and disinfected
• Cabinet fronts and drawer fronts wiped clean
• Outlet covers and switch plates wiped clean
• Door jambs wiped for fingerprints
• Window ledges wiped clean

Bathrooms:
• Hard floors scrubbed and disinfected
• Carpets vacuumed, throw rugs vacuumed
• Cabinet and drawer fronts wiped down
• Sinks scrubbed and disinfected
• Mirrors cleaned
• Tub and shower surfaces scrubbed and disinfected
• Counters and backsplashes washed and disinfected
• Toilets cleaned and sanitized
• All fixtures sanitized
• Window ledges wiped clean
• Outlet covers and switch plates wiped clean
• Door jambs wiped for fingerprints

Bedrooms:
• Beds made (sheets changed if left at foot of bed)
• Hard surface floors wiped clean
• Carpeted floors vacuumed
• Baseboards dusted
• Pictures and artifacts dusted
• Throw rugs vacuumed
• Ceiling fans, lights and light shades, window blinds vacuumed
• Baseboards and molding dusted
• Dressers, furniture and bookcases dusted
• Outlet covers and light switches wiped clean
• Door jambs wiped for fingerprints
• Cobwebs and “dust bunnies” removed
• Closet doors and louver doors dusted
• Glass patio doors cleaned inside

General Notes:
• A first-time “top to bottom” cleaning is required in all homes
• Where possible, all of our cleaning products are “green” certified
• Your team will “pick-up” a reasonable amount of clothing, toys, etc while cleaning
• Our cleaning professionals are bonded and insured, including workers compensation insurance
• All employees are subject to reference and criminal background checks before joining our cleaning teams
• Not all household surfaces are cleanable
• Not all artifacts, sculptures, pictures, paintings, etc will be cleanable
• Some cleaning jobs require additional time and additional charges, but we will never perform such services without your knowledge and consent
• Some services may need to be performed by specialists we hire
